Our Mission
Agape Apostolic Church of Deliverance’s chief aim is to glorify our Lord & Savior, Jesus Christ, who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto Himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works; that we should show forth the praises of Him who hath called us out of darkness into His marvelous light; and that we may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom we shine as lights in the world, holding forth the Word of Life, to give light to them that sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide their feet into the way of peace.  (See Titus 2:13, 14; I Peter 2:9; Philippians 2:15, 16; Luke 1:79). Inspired by the great commission of the Lord in Mark 16:15 (“And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature”), the Agape Apostolic Church of Deliverance is endeavoring to do its part in fulfilling this great commission.
At Agape, we seek to edify the body of Christ by “Building Victorious Christlike Lives”. Public worship, Bible classes, Christian Education, Discipleship, small groups and various ministries for young and old, married and single are some of the means used by Agape to mold new creatures in Christ to maturity. The victorious Christian life is a spirit-filled and spirit-guided life of worship, praise, prayer, overcoming and service.
Agape also desires to be a community minded church by actively serving within our community. Agape will service the community through related programs to assist those who are in need within the Agape Apostolic Church of Deliverance Community. Agape will accomplished this by serving the community through various Community Outreach Programs as the needs presents themselves.
In this age of apostasy, it is imperative to deliver the message of the hour, which is written in Acts 2:40 – And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation. We believe in the plan of salvation as is written in Acts 2:38 “Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost”. This is the age of deception. Our goal is to win souls for Christ and through the wisdom of God’s Word, permeate the hearts and minds of those dear souls that have been lured into a false sense of security in this antichrist system which we live in. Matthew 24:38 “For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark…” It is time to get into the ARK OF SAFETY……..it’s going to rain.
