Protect A Girls’ Image (PGIO) is a faith-based humanitarian organization on a mission to restore dignity, hope, and opportunity to vulnerable children—especially young girls—and their families. Operating primarily in Nairobi and Kenya’s Central region, PGIO confronts deeply rooted social challenges including substance abuse, adolescent pregnancy, and other destabilizing family issues.
At its core, PGIO believes in holistic transformation. Rather than simply offering short-term relief, the organization partners with social workers, counselors, healthcare institutions, and youth coordinators to deliver sustainable support. These partnerships help identify causes of substance use, provide treatment and counseling, raise awareness, and prevent early pregnancies.
Vision & Values
PGIO dreams of a future where every child—regardless of background—has access to justice, healing, and spiritual guidance. protectagirlsimage.org Their faith-driven approach recognizes that restoring a child’s “image” isn’t just social or material; it’s spiritual and deeply rooted in dignity.
